The perfect sauna round … does not exist! And the reason is very simple: striving for perfection is incredibly exhausting. We could provide you with a laundry list of to do’s for “the most de-stressing sauna visit,” but let that to-do list be what you want to leave at home. The biggest “challenge” of the day is to be in the “here and now” as much as possible without judgment. We list some simple yet fun intentions that you can set at the beginning of your visit to get you started on your way to a wonderful moment of relaxation:
