Dear colleague,
First of all, we would like to warmly welcome you to our sauna and wellness sector.
You have taken the step or you are considering starting a business and the Sauna Association Belgium (SVB) can certainly help you on your way here.
A sauna or wellness, private or public, offers many challenges in terms of hygiene, technology, safety and so much more.
The pooled SVB experience enables you to face these challenges with greater ease.
SVB was founded in 2001 as a professional organization, but has become so much more.
SVB is also a quality mark, which carries with it the concepts of “hygiene”, “safety”, “innovation”, etc.
By becoming a member of SVB, you guarantee your visitors that your facilities meet the predefined rules regarding the above, important concepts.
You will also receive the SVB logo sign to communicate this quality mark to your customers.
WHAT SPECIFICALLY DOES SVB DO FOR YOU?
As a professional association, SVB participates in the discussions of the relevant joint committees, is interlocutor with Public Health and all other matters that regulate our sector.
Here we call upon the cooperation of Unizo.
SVB is also the mouthpiece of sauna to the wider public.
Every year in October, we highlight our sector and our members with National Sauna Day to further promote sauna.
This is accompanied by a PR offensive.
As a professional association, we ensure that the necessary training, such as first aid courses and refresher courses, are organized regularly and at democratic prices for members and their staff.
Likewise, we believe it is important to assist members with any problems, through our close collaboration with Public Health and Unizo.
Each member is cordially invited to the quarterly membership meetings organized by the board to keep you informed about all problems of technical, financial, commercial, … nature as well as various avenues to bring sauna visiting in Belgium to new “heights”.
Also a nice way to make contacts with colleagues in an informal way.
SVB IS NOT SO MUCH COMMERCIALLY MINDED AS IT IS CONCERNED WITH INFORMING ITS VISITORS REGARDING:
